What Does Love and Light Mean and How to Send It

Love and light are two powerful words. They represent the highest vibration of energy, the most positive thoughts, and a sense of peace for everyone in your life. This blog post will talk about what love and light mean, how to send them out into the world from yourself, and how you can do it every day!

What does Love and Light Mean

What does love and light mean? According to the dictionary, it means “a word representing a range of emotions from affection to sexual desire.” You can also use it as an expression of approval, congratulations, or support. That’s good news because you can use it whenever happy or positive thoughts arise. So why not surround yourself with as many of those feelings as possible?

What Can You Do With Love and Light?

When we send out love and light to the world around us through our words, actions, songs, paintings etc., what do they have a chance of doing?

Well, a lot! When you send out love and light to yourself or another person every day in some small way, it can make a huge difference. It can help improve your mood when you’re feeling down or irritable. As a result, you may feel happier more often than not, contributing to better relationships through compassion and empathy.

It can also increase your confidence, make you feel like a better version of yourself, and give you more energy to do things that matter! It may even help improve the lives of those around you if they are open to receiving it, or at least their moods which is just as important.

How to Send Love and Light

So, how do you send out love and light? You may be thinking it’s a little too tricky to always feel like sending love and light. Yes, that is true. However, there are many small ways in which we can do this every day.

When You Send Out Love and Light

When you send out love and light into the world, try doing it in one of two ways: through your thoughts or actions. To start with your thoughts, be aware of every thought that enters your mind throughout the day. Some will make you feel happy or empower you to do things like eating healthier foods rather than junk food full of empty calories, and others will make you feel upset or uncomfortable.

Stop waiting for bad things to happen when good things come your way. you deserve to be happy.

Karen Salmansohn

If the thoughts that enter your mind do not serve a purpose to motivate yourself in some way or give you peace, love, or light, then let them go! by saying inspirational quotes like “stop waiting for bad things to happen when good things come your way. you deserve to be happy.” by Karen Salmansohn. You can imagine your thoughts as leaves floating down a river like The Little Prince from his home planet. He would watch them take shape like cork boats and drift away into the horizon.

When you imagine this, think of your mind as a river with endless leaves floating down it; when they reach an edge or turn in another direction, that represents letting go. It may be not easy at first to let go of every thought that enters your mind throughout the day, just like it was for The Little Prince. However, you can practice this exercise many times throughout the day until it comes naturally to let go of negative thoughts and bring in positive ones instead.

Another way to send out love and light through your actions is by helping others feel better about themselves or cheering them up if they are down. For example, you can send a loved one a quote like this:

I love you neither with my heart nor with my mind. My heart might stop my mind can forget. I love you with my soul because my soul never stops or forgets.

Rumi

It may be as simple as complimenting someone like:

You are important. You are special. You are beautiful.

Unknown

Or it may require more effort like planning and preparing an entire surprise party for them.

Suppose you notice that the people around you act unkindly towards others by gossiping about them behind their backs or making fun of them somehow. Instead, find ways to lift others by being kind to them or speaking positively about them by, as Mother Teresa said, “Spread love everywhere you go: first of all in your own house. Give love to your children, to a wife or husband, to a next door neighbor… Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier”. Spread love and light everywhere you go.

You can also try sending love and light through your actions by taking care of yourself first before helping others. It means eating well, exercising more often etc., so that you have the energy required to give back to other people in need. You can use this quote to inspire yourself;

Always dream and shoot higher than you know you can do. Don’t bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself.

William Faulkner

When you take care of yourself first, you will better help others because your needs are met.

When You Receive Love and Light

Just like sending love and light is vital throughout the day, receiving it is just as crucial. It means that if someone close to you compliments something about you or encourages you when you need it, be sure to take the time to thank them.

Thank you so much for those kind words. I really appreciate it.

For example: if a co-worker tells you that they enjoy working with you and your positive energy during an important meeting at work one day. You would want to let them know how much you appreciate their words. You can do this by saying something like, “thank you so much for those kind words. I really appreciate it.”

It’s important to remember that you can also receive love and light through actions and words from others during the day! If someone helps you out around your house or gives up their seat on a crowded bus so that you may sit, be sure to thank them by smiling at them and saying “thank you!”

I’m strong, I will get through this.

Another way to receive love and light is through your thoughts. It can be challenging at first, but it’s possible to change how we think about ourselves with practice. Next time a negative review enters your mind like “I’m such an idiot” or something along those lines…try replacing it with a more empowering one, like “I’m strong, I will get through this.”

When you can consistently replace negative thoughts with positive ones in your mind throughout the day, it becomes easier and more manageable. Eventually, they will no longer have any impact on how you feel about yourself or what others think of you either. One way to help do this is by creating a “love and light” jar.

Final Thoughts

It’s important to remember that you can send love and light through words, actions or thoughts. Sending love and light is typically done for the good of others; however, receiving it in return is as crucial. When you can send out and receive more love and light throughout our day, not only do we feel better about ourselves but
